The rooms were very cold. Heating was not on when we returned in the evening in sub zero temperatures. On two occasions, windows had been left open by cleaning staff. Each night we had to get reception staff, who seemed to be able to control heating, to turn heating on in our rooms - our own attempts to do this from control panel in the rooms was futile. Corridors were also very cold. My elderly mother was very cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very meagre and served in a random order - coffeed followed by croissant followed by orange juice followed by cerial.

The hotel offered a great view of the surrounding mountains and village. the staff were professional and accommodating throughout the stay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the free on-site parking was convenient.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishing. There was no complimentary tea, coffee, or water, something that one would expect from a four-star hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the Valley of the Fallen and in a very nice coach. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was cheaper to buy breakfast in the bar than in the restaurant. This hotel offers free parking.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I had a great overnight stop at Fc Villalba, conveniently close to the Valley of the Fallen. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the hills. The free parking was a bonus, and the bed was comfortable. Despite the restaurant not being open, the cafeteria saved the day with drinks and bar food. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
